Discuss that here.Where should a dog park be located?
Please add your suggestions for a good location.Some items to consider:
- Would it be close to neighbors that might be bothered by dog barking?
- Would it be accessible to service vehicles to remove trash?
- Would it have access to clean drinking water?
- Would it be too close to highways? (Might be noisy and unsafe if a dog runs off).

I've been thinking about the few posts recently regarding the creation of a dog park. I would love to work on this if there are others interested. I would love to get it going. Someone, I'm sorry I can't remember who, mentioned the piece between the school and the bike/walking path. That would be great. Does anyone know off-hand who owns that property? City? Parks? Let me know if anyone else is interested in working on this.
